Deposits, Withdrawals & Account Balance
- Payment Methods: Deposits and withdrawals must be processed through payment methods registered in your own name (UPI, Net Banking, e-wallets, or Cryptocurrencies where permitted). Third-party contributions are strictly prohibited.
- Minimum & Maximum Limits: Vlbook.io reserves the right to set minimum and maximum deposit and withdrawal limits per transaction, daily, or monthly, as updated on the user platform.
- Wagering / Rollover Requirements: All deposited funds must meet our platform’s minimum rollover/wagering requirements before a withdrawal request can be submitted.
- Anti-Money Laundering (AML): To combat financial fraud, all transactions are routinely monitored. Vlbook.io reserves the right to withhold funds, suspend accounts, or report suspicious financial activity to regulatory authorities.
- Chargebacks & Disputes: Any chargeback or reversal initiated on a valid deposit will result in an immediate account lock and recovery of funds from existing balances or pending payouts.
Betting Rules & Fair Play
- Bet Acceptance: A bet is considered valid only after it is accepted by our system and reflects in your betting history. Once accepted, bets cannot be canceled, amended, or withdrawn by the user.

- Match Disruption / Cancellations: In the event of postponed, abandoned, or canceled matches, bets will be handled according to the specific sport’s official settlement rules. Unsettled stakes will be returned to the user balance.
- Prohibited Practices: Collusion, match-fixing, syndicate betting, automated bot usage, latency arbitrage, or exploiting software bugs is strictly banned. Any user engaging in fraudulent play will face permanent banning, and their entire balance will be frozen.
Bonuses, Promotions & Free Bets
